DBT Core System

DBT Core System Workflow This workflow shows the main modules of a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Core System, from beneficiary onboarding to secure payments and integrations. Beneficiary Registration Beneficiaries register in the portal with basic details to create their profile and start the process. Verification System and officials validate identity and eligibility to allow only genuine beneficiaries. Document Upload Beneficiaries upload required documents (ID, address, caste, bank details) for scrutiny and audit. Sanction Workflow Authorities review applications, apply scheme rules (e.g., PCR/PoA benefits), and approve or reject with recorded decisions. Payments Transfer After sanction, the system triggers direct electronic transfer of approved amounts to beneficiaries’ bank accounts. Real‑Time Dashboard Admins monitor registrations, sanctions, payments, and pending cases with live metrics and reports. Grievance Module Beneficiaries raise complaints and track resolutions, ensuring a formal redressal mechanism. Secure Storage All data, documents, and logs are stored securely with encryption and role‑based access control. API Integrations The system connects via APIs to Aadhaar, banks, and other government services for validation, KYC, and payment processing. Flow: Registration → Verification → Document Upload → Sanction Workflow → Payments Transfer → Dashboard & Grievances → Secure Storage & API Integrations.
