Kllinic
Overview: Klinik is an integrated healthcare platform that solves the fragmented patient-doctor-pharmacy loop. Instead of competing with local chemists like major e-pharmacies do, Klinik provides them with enterprise-grade tech to create a powerful, decentralized delivery network capable of fulfilling urgent medical needs in under 60 minutes. Core Features & Technical Implementation: Automated Inventory Management (AI OCR): Solved the "manual data entry" bottleneck for local pharmacists by developing an AI invoice scanner. I curated a dataset of 160+ distributor bills using Label Studio and fine-tuned a Donut/LayoutLM model on Google Colab (T4 GPUs) to extract medicine batches and expiry dates instantly. Hyperlocal Geolocation Engine: Utilized Google Maps Platform (Geolocation & Places API) to calculate precise distances, ensuring patients are matched with active clinics and stocked pharmacies strictly within a 2km radius. B2B Pharmacy Network: Developed a collaborative marketplace feature that allows competing local pharmacies to share and sell stock to each other digitally when facing inventory shortages. Generative AI Health Assistant: Integrated Google Gemini Flash 1.5 to power a smart, multilingual chatbot capable of interpreting prescriptions, explaining medication side effects, and translating instructions for patients. Frictionless Onboarding: Implemented secure, passwordless authentication using Google Identity Services via Supabase Auth. Impact: Turned disconnected, offline local pharmacies into a collaborative, digitized fleet capable of outperforming centralized e-pharmacy delivery times while improving patient access to immediate care.
