Designed and developed a desktop-based hotel reservation system using Java, JDBC, MySQL, and Java Swing to manage room bookings and customer records. Implemented booking, cancellation, billing, customer management, MySQL data storage and retrieval, a user-friendly interface, and input validation.
Developed a machine learning model using Artificial Neural Networks to predict customer churn with Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and SMOTE. Performed data preprocessing, handled class imbalance, achieved 84% overall accuracy, and evaluated performance using classification metrics.
