At Tata Steel, contributed to corporate communication and visual design initiatives across internal campaigns, brand identity, digital communication, print design, and promotional content. Worked on the Pride Month campaign, developing the campaign identity through multiple conceptual options and iterations, along with designing the CPO’s message mailer and a panel discussion creative on “Outside the Lines: Embracing Queerness”. Contributed to Mentor Blitz 3.0 by developing identity concepts and iterations, creating an animated introduction video, and designing promotional creatives inspired by Bollywood, iconic dialogues and popular culture. Explored multiple visual styles including colour, monochromatic, photographic, illustration, vector and filter-based treatments. Also conducted meme research and ideation using popular formats such as Drake, CID, Expectations vs Reality, Leo and Spider-Man, and designed general guideline creatives for mentors and mentees. Worked on the People First initiative, enhancing the existing identity, exploring design options and developing an animated version for digital communication. Collaborated on the World Safety campaign, conducting topic research, developing visual concepts and establishing a standard design format. Designed seven creatives on safety topics across A3 print, 9:16 and 16:9 digital formats, with multilingual adaptations in English, Hindi, Bengali and Punjabi. Gained hands-on experience in campaign design, creative ideation, research, visual identity, print and digital communication, motion design, multilingual adaptation and corporate brand consistency.
