Three years of experience running FinTech software implementations, coordinating live events under tight deadlines, and managing paid marketing campaigns — each one a different industry, same underlying job: gather requirements from stakeholders who do not always agree, build a realistic plan, manage budget and risk, and close the loop with clear reporting.
