Developed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation chatbot providing district-wise and crop-wise water footprint insights from structured datasets. Implemented semantic search with Sentence-BERT embeddings, achieving 85% response accuracy, integrated OpenRouter LLM APIs for recommendations, built a Streamlit interface, and processed over 10,000 agricultural records.
Trained a transfer-learning CNN model using ImageNet to detect 15 soybean leaf diseases with 92% accuracy. Combined CNN feature extraction with Random Forest classification, applied OpenCV preprocessing and segmentation for disease severity estimation, integrated LLM-based treatment recommendations, and trained and validated on over 8,000 labeled leaf images.
