Offline real-time AI surveillance system running YOLOv8 object detection, ONNX face recognition, MediaPipe pose estimation, and local LLM inference entirely on consumer hardware with zero cloud dependencies. Multi-threaded Python engine with centroid-based tracking, action recognition, ChromaDB vector memory, and RAG-based chat interface. Features radar map, density heatmap, zone alerts, anomaly screenshots. Known limitations: CPU-bound, face model bias toward Asian faces, 2-3s LLM latency. Roadmap includes React dashboard, Telegram alerts, Kalman MOT, GPU acceleration, multi-camera fusion.

🚀 Built the official website for our college’s Coding Club! Developed a platform for events, announcements, leaderboards, and membership. Designed an intuitive UI for students to engage with the club. Implemented features like an FAQ section and an upcoming Resources Hub for learning.
