HulChul is a fully digital platform. We do not sell physical goods of any kind. As such, there is nothing to "return" — our services exist entirely online and are delivered digitally.
When you pay for access to HulChul's services — including AI-driven job matching, profile creation, and recruiter introductions — those services are made available to you immediately. Since no physical product is shipped or delivered, a return process is not applicable.
Any credits associated with your HulChul account remain valid indefinitely. There is no time limit or expiry attached to them. You can access and use your credits whenever you're ready, without worrying about losing them.
