What you will own
- Build user-facing features in React and Next.js and the TypeScript/Node.js services behind them.
- Work on applied AI workflows, prompts, evaluations, data pipelines, and deterministic safety checks.
- Turn loosely defined product problems into small, testable releases and improve them from real feedback.
- Write tests, investigate production issues, and own the quality of what you ship.
- Use AI coding tools thoughtfully while still understanding, reviewing, and defending every change.
What strong looks like
- You can explain the trade-offs in something you built, including what broke and how you fixed it.
- You are curious about AI systems beyond calling a model API.
- You can move quickly without treating tests, security, or user trust as optional.

What we need from you
- Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to reason through unfamiliar code.
- Evidence that you build: projects, open-source work, internships, freelance work, or a product you shipped.
- Comfort with JavaScript or TypeScript; familiarity with React, Node.js, databases, or Python is useful.
- Clear written communication, high ownership, and the discipline to ask precise questions early.
- Availability for at least 30 focused hours every week.
