AI Engineering Intern
Work across product, backend, and applied AI on a platform we are building to serve 10 lakh+ users. This is not a shadowing internship: you will ship, measure, fix, and ship again.
AI Software Engineer — Mid-Level
Own substantial parts of HulChul’s product and AI systems end to end—from product decisions and architecture to production reliability and measurable user outcomes.
Ship work that matters
Your code will reach real users. You will see what works, hear what does not, and improve it quickly.
Compress years of learning
Work across product, engineering, AI, data, and operations instead of being boxed into a tiny task list.
Earn for outcomes
Performance-linked incentives can take total earnings up to 3× the base amount when defined outcomes are achieved.
Incentives are variable and outcome-based. “Up to 3×” describes earning potential, not guaranteed compensation; role-specific terms are discussed before joining.
How we hire.
Applications are collected through the job listing or hiring platform where you found the role. Shortlisted candidates complete a practical, time-bounded assignment, followed by focused technical and working-style conversations. This site does not collect applications directly.
